My Passion for WWE and Trading Cards

A Lifelong Enthusiasm

From the moment I first witnessed the electrifying atmosphere of a WWE match, I was captivated. The dramatic storylines, the athletic prowess of the wrestlers, and the roar of the crowd all combined to create a unique experience unlike any other. This passion wasn't confined to merely watching or attending events in Ireland and the UK, it extended to collecting trading cards and action figures, which serve as tangible pieces of this exciting world. Each card is a snapshot of a moment, a character, or a match that holds a special place in the expansive universe of WWE.

The Art of Collecting

Trading cards are more than just pieces of cardboard with images and statistics. They are artifacts of history, representing milestones in wrestling that fans cherish. The thrill of discovering rare cards, completing collections, and trading with fellow enthusiasts is an adventure in itself. Each card tells a story, not just of the wrestler it features but also of the collector's journey to acquire it.
The trading card market is a vibrant and exciting world, filled with collectors and enthusiasts who are passionate about their personal collections. However, for newcomers, navigating this market can be daunting due to its complexity and the varying levels of accessibility.

With WWE more popular than it has every been, frustratingly as noticed by myself and other WWE collectors in Ireland, it has still become difficult to aquire for example particular boxes of the product or even certain cards for a personal collection when shopping around across local and european markets. My mission as I grow over time, is to bridge this gap and make the WWE trading card market more accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background.

Where It Started

What is probably a similar story for people around my age bracket, for me it all began with Topps Match Attax in the 2007/2008 football season. It quicky became a phenomenon across Ireland and the UK with a packet of 6 cards only costing 55c at the time, I was a regualar visitor to shops and newsagents all across my town!
Swapping cards in the schoolyard with everyone in search of the biggest names, Cristiano Ronaldo was the big chase!
I caught the trading card bug at that young age and then my love for Football & WWE grew as the years progressed leading me to having a fantastic an ever growing personal collection.

What I Collect

I was Inspired by the late, great WWE superstar Bray Wyatt. The primary focus of my collection of cards and figures before he tragically passed away in August 2023. Now his memory lives through my collection of his ever growing merchandise, figures and cards. Visit the MY PC section of the website!

Building a Community

Beyond transactions, my goal is to create a community where enthusiasts can connect, share stories, and expand their collections. Whether that be through my website, social media pages or at card shows.

My passion for WWE and trading cards is more than a hobby; it is a lifelong journey that I am eager to share with others. By focusing on quality, community, and customer satisfaction, my mission is to bring the excitement of WWE and the joy of collecting to fans all around the world.

To finish on, a question I am often asked is where the name WES actually came from.
Well, my name is actually Adam however my middle name is Wesley! In the early days of secondary school (probably about the age of 13) my full name was read out by a teacher doing a roll call in a class one morning and therefore from that day forward, my friends and most people who knew me referred to me by Wesley and so the shortened down nickname 'WES' was born and has stuck with me ever since! I am 28 now, and sometimes I do actually forget my real name!!
